Premier Student Property began as specialists in Residential Lettings and Property Management throughout Greater Belfast and now reach as far as Bangor, Ballyclare and Lurgan. We have grown steadily to now occupy new ground floor offices in a central location on University Street.
Currently managing in excess of 200 properties we have enjoyed a great relationship with both landlords and tenants.

Also a Methody old boy Fraser studied Property investment and development at University of Ulster and began work in the residential market before forming FGP. He has now collected 8 years experience and has recently been appointed to the committee of LANI (Landlord Association of Northern Ireland). Still fancies himself as a rugby player.
Educated at Banbridge Academy and Queens University, Alan began working in the pharmacy sector before his love of property brought him initially to the construction sector. After experiencing the services of FGP as a Landlord, and with an interest in estate agency he became a Director in the business in 2015 and now organises most of the maintenance issues. Married to Karen with 4 sons and supporter of Armagh football team, Ulster Rugby and Lurgan RF&CC.
